We ship not only throughout Italy, but also throughout Europe and many other countries outside Europe. Our goal is to reach customers wherever they are, ensuring a reliable and timely shipping service.
What are the conditions to get free shipping?
- Shipping to Italy: Shipping is free for orders over 75 €.
- Shipping to Europe: Shipping is free for orders over 100 €.
If your order exceeds these thresholds, shipping will automatically be free during the checkout process.
Do you ship to the United States?
- United States: We ship all orders over 500 for free 100 $ for non-bulky materials, such as power tools and hardware equipment.
Do you ship to the UK?
- United Kingdom: We ship all orders over 500 for free 200 £ for non-bulky materials, such as power tools and hardware equipment.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
- Non-EU countries: Yes, we also ship outside the European Union. However, customs regulations require that any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, as stated in our terms and conditions.
Are there minimum order limits in some countries?
- Norway: It is possible to place orders greater than 3000 kr.
- United Kingdom: Orders must be greater than 135 £.

For materials in stock, we process your order in a maximum of 2 working days.

- Once a new message is sent it will give you the link to track your shipment.
- You will receive your package at home
For material NOT AVAILABLE/ON ORDER
For materials not ready for delivery, those indicated as pproduct coming soon, And a wait is expected about 15 working days/30 working days.
For products not present in the catalogue and/or ordered upon express request by the customer, such as doors (doors, counterframes and accessories), Velux, or particular paintings, customizations, beta furniture and sanitary ware the delivery date will be agreed with the customer only after the order.
When will I receive the product?
The delivery date estimated that it is normally between 1 to 4 working days. If you need fast shipping use the Express Insured which guarantees shipping in 1/2 working days, we remind you that it is guaranteed for Northern Italy and the large centers (Bologna, Florence, Rome, Naples). For Southern Italy it is approximately 5/6 working days, islands 7 working days. Excluding shipments entrusted to Susa.

Shipping Special Products:
Shipping Doors & Velux
As regards the doors, a minimum shipping fee of €50 applies for each Scrigno and/or Ermetika door or counterframe. This amount varies based on the total number of products selected.
For the products Velux, shipping costs start from a minimum amount of €25 and are subject to variations depending on the number of products selected.

Stairs
In this case, the volumetric weight of the packaged product must be considered (not the actual weight of the scale). By way of example but not limited to:
- 0-10 kg cost €50
- 10-15 kg cost €75
- 15-20 kg cost 95€
- from 20 kg and up €125
Building material
Our building material is available for shipping or delivery by EmmetiStore driver only in Turin and its province. To ensure an efficient service, a minimum shipping fee of €45 is applied.

Couriers
Our power tools and clothing under 24 kg will be entrusted to TNT for Italy, abroad with FedEx.
For bulky materials, such as building materials, doors, ladders and large power tools, the chosen courier is Susa transport, for this type of materials we cannot guarantee delivery in 2/3 working days, for correct information on the delivery time we can provide it via email.
For some bulky products such as Velux, Milwaukee, Dewalt and Rubi, they will be entrusted to BRT.
Important information
Always put the control reserve upon delivery, especially if you have chosen insured shipping. In this way, in case of damage, we can activate the insurance policies.
If the courier in charge of your shipment is FEDEX or BRT, it will also be necessary to affix a "specific reserve", indicating the damage that the package appears to have suffered, e.g.: opened package/ damaged package/ adhesive tape.
Where the Customer requests shipping and delivery to a country other than Italy – and where this option is available on the Site – upon arrival in the Customer's country, the purchased Product may be subject to the payment of customs charges (i.e., by way of example, taxes, duties, levies, commissions, etc.), which will be borne by the Customer.
EMMETI Store Srl is not responsible for such customs taxation and is not required to control the respective amounts. The Customer therefore has the burden of verifying in advance the amount of such possible charges, which cannot be determined in advance.
For this reason, EMMETI Store Srl suggests that the consumer Customer checks - before submitting any purchase order proposal - any charges of this kind at the competent customs offices of the country of delivery, in order to obtain detailed information on the matter.
Customs procedures may cause delays in the delivery of the Product. If delays occur, the Customer is advised to carry out the appropriate checks at the competent customs offices. The invoice for customs charges may arrive weeks after the Customer receives the Product.
